RETURN & EXCHANGE
1) Before the package is shipped, we accept order cancellation. Once canceled, we will issue you the refund back to your original payment within 1 week.
2) All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
3) Purchases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Swimwear/laundry/bodysuit/lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange unless these items are defective/damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- We may ask you for necessary proof/pictures of showing the problem/defect via email after contacting our customer service team.
-Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized products (special orders or personalized items). Do not hesitate to contact us at Customercare@rorelady.com if you have any questions regarding any of the items.
4) If your purchase does not suit you. We accept exchanges. We will send you a voucher, corresponding to the amount of the exchange, to be used on our site whenever you wish. We do not issue refunds.
5) Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria.
6) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You are responsible for the return cost. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
7)Please do not send your returns to the address shown on the package label. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will email you with the correct instructions. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
8)If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
9)If due to any reasons on our side that cause a return such as the products received are damaged or are not correct, we will cover the return and shipping fee.
10)No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
** For any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
For each product we indicate the measurements, compositions, photos and descriptions so that your shopping experience is as complete as possible. We suggest that you always check the measurements and fit of the part or parts you wish to purchase. Please note that vintage items may occasionally show slight imperfections or signs of aging.

To make an exchange, you can contact us at Customercare@rorelady.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you the necessary instructions to return your package to us. You must return the item within 14 days and the shipping costs are your responsibility (you can choose the shipping method you prefer). Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and remedy the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalized products (special orders or personalized items). Do not hesitate to contact us at Customercare@rorelady.com if you have any questions regarding any of the items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not cover the shipping fee for returns at this moment. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the package shipped back to us. You can select any carrier of your choice.
Customs Fee/Import Duties
Customs fees and duties are non-refundable. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fees and duties, we recommend you reach out to us before placing an order.
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled before shipment. Please send an email to Customercare@rorelady.com if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept any order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
